Refunds

We have a strict no return policy. If you proceed to order from our website, you therefore agree to our no refund policy. There are absolutely no changes once your order is placed. If you have any concerns after receiving your item, you can contact us at shopforeigndreamhouse@gmail.com 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping 

Check your address before confirming we are not responsible for items getting shipped to the wrong address. Processing times is 3-7 days depending on how you paid and if your product is custom made. Shipping can be from 7-14 business days if not on hand if on hand shipping is 1-3 business days.

 Delays
