Shipping Policy

When will my order shipping? 

- The payment process takes 2-3 days installment plans take 3-5 days and then our products are shipped within 7-10 business days using the carrier USPS. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS! all orders in stock leave in 1-2 business days, once it has been shipped out, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

-Due to COVID-19 some shipments may experience a delay up til 4 business days. Do bare with me at this time as I’m working as quickly as possible with carriers to fulfill orders. 

- shipment days will be Monday through Friday so please order accordingly. Try to order a week or two before item is needed. 

Returns & Refunds

- we are currently not accepting returns at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our refund policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. Double check your shipment address prior to submitting order. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen by carrier. Once your order is placed it can’t be cancelled or adjusted.  

Damages and Issues

- please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

- We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Sezzle, and Klarna

How to care for my hair?
- Be sure to wash your hair how you would wash your natural hair every 2-4 weeks. Shampooing every 7-14 days and regularly deep conditioning will keep your weave voluminous and shiny. Always dry it completely and take steps to protect both your weave and scalp. The recommended moisturizer for our hair extensions is chi oil. Don't forget your satin/silk bonnet before bed. 
- Gently brush or comb your hair extensions with a paddle brush or wide tooth prior to co washing or washing. Start from the bottom and go up from there to gently detangle.  Co-wash or wash your hair extensions in warm water with premium products.
